I'm a Senior Software Engineering Manager with 12+ years of experience building and scaling engineering teams across fintech, travel, and digital products in Latin America.
Currently leading engineering at Disbyte, where I connect business vision with technical execution across multiple teams. Previously Senior Engineering Manager at ITTI Digital, building secure, scalable fintech infrastructure for the region, and before that Engineering Manager and Tech Lead at Pomelo — one of Latin America's most exciting fintech plays — and Technical Lead at Naranja X.
